phases in Bricscad BIM

What is the correct way to handle phases in Bricscad.
In Revit we use
phases for existing - temporarily - demolition - new

I don't see a command or method to do the same in Bricscad.

    Hi,
    You can create any property in the BIMPROPERTIES command.
    Then you can use any (custom or default) property to control how the model and drawings looks. For the model you use GRAPHICOVERRIDE. For the 2d drawings you can use typed plans.
    Also you can use any property to be used for sorting the structure browser (see the hamburger menu in the structure browser 'configure structure tree'
