Toolpalettes icons with bad quality?

I have a client that is considering moving to BricsCAD. He uses Toolpalettes a lot, and just told me that the quality of preview icons in Toolpalettes is quite bad, when comparing with A-CAD.
See the attached image, BricsCAD on the right.
Is there a way to get better quality? Or should I place a SR?
