Unable to edit custom entity properties in property panel

We are porting our AutoCAD ARX plugin to BricsCAD using BRX. We have many Custom entities and various properties for each of those custom entities. After porting, properties are shown in the property panel but when we change the values and press enter, BricsCAD shows "Property is not editable.". Can anyone help us to get this issue resolved? Is there anything we should be aware of while porting from ARX to BRX with respect to custom entities, their properties and property panel? Is there any user guide?

Also, some of our properties in AutoCAD have a button next to the property value, but after porting we are not able to see the button next to the property value in the property panel. Is there something we are missing while porting?
