Qselect

Just want to make sure I am not missing something. In AutoCAD I would use the Quick Select command to separate hatches from plines (we have a routine we use with GIS data, and they import on one layer). I just want to confirm that Qselect in BricsCAD does not select hatching.

    The Quick Select panel DOES select Hatches if you tell it to do that. It can also select only Hatches, or everything but Hatches. It depends on which item you select in the pull-down box, and then which of the tiny boxes under that.

    For example, if you select "Hatch" and then the left or right box, it will select all the hatches in the layout. If there's already a selection set that includes Hatches, the left box won't do anything, but the middle box will remove all Hatches from the selection set and the right box will remove everything but Hatches.
