unable to uninstall old version

While trying to uninstall an old version I get this error.
I don't have the original msi install file either.
Is there any way around this?

    I would try to install a newer V21 first, then uninstall that newer version.

    Seems to be a Windows thing.
    I also have more and more older dead CAD App Versions in my
    Windows App Settings, which I can't uninstall as I may have
    uninstalled them earlier with the App's own uninstaller.

    Thanks Owen, I never thought to try this. Successfully uninstalled.
