communicator not importing files with structures
im on mcMaster-Carr trying to load some 3d parts. For EACH one i get the same communicator error: "Import failed: Importing to a document with existent assembly structure is not supported. Remove assembly structure first."
Their formats are the following: igs, sat, sldprt, step. These are all industry standard formats.
Is communicator really this limited? Bricsys, any plans to enable importing these?

I don't recall how to do it, but I know there is a way to remove assembly structure from your drawing before importing, just as the message explains. Hopefully someone else here knows how to do it. You could also ask an expert support analyst by sending a support request to Bricsys.0
