Add Folders in "Open File" Dialog Box

Originally posted this in "Customization" Section...Sorry.

It would be nice to just drag folders over to the left side of the "Open File" Dialog...We do it in AutoCAD all the time...If this is possible please forgive me and please advise how to do it.
