3D Disto file - How to create SECTIONPLANES from original file
Hi,
Using the attached file, I want to create 2D views because it's simpler for me and I don't have 3D part in my supplier library.
Actually I'm setting the view I want and calling FLATTEN, has for each drawing I need :
Any idea ?

SECTIONPLANETOBLOCK only works with ACIS objects, such as Surfaces or 3D Solids. If you extrude the lines to a surface first, then they will be picked up by a section plane when you export.
Alternatively, you can create target surfaces aligned to the views you wish to capture, then use PROJECTGEOMETRY to project the entities to them.
attach some examples.
