Components panel missing
I cannot find my components panel in Bricscad V21. I have tried using the command: componentspanelopen. But it doesn't work. It also doesn't show up in the panel options. I have the path set to the correct location, but I still can't access the component panel. How can I fix this?

Since V21.1.04 the Library panel replaces the Components and 2D Parametric Blocks panels. LIBRARYPANELOPEN and LIBRARYPANELCLOSE commands were added.
