Anyone else having trouble with WorldPay?

Tried three times to pay for my license through this system and get denied. The card company says all is well on their end so who knows what's going on. Now I have to pick a local provider to get this done, the last one I had closed shop so who knows how reliable this is going to be. Sorry I'm ranting but it's supposed to be easy isn't it?
