Viewport border lines disappeared but the view is still showing

Hi everyone,
When I clicked the view in Model view I can see the border line, but when I click outside the view the border line disappeared. How do I get back the viewport border line?

I was just using 2D drafting.

Turn on the layer that the viewport is on.
