When I create 3 Civil Points and create a TIN with this 3 Points an empty TIN is created.
In Civil Explorer Statistics there are 0 points.
Are Civil Points not for creating TINs?

The procedure to create a TIN surface from civil points has been changed in V23. Now it is possible only through the option "create from point Groups". If you want to create TIN Surface from all Civil points in the drawing you should use this option and select "_All points" point group. To include only some of the Civil points can be accomplished with the POINTGROUP command (see help documentation).
