Plot styles changing/reverting
Ever since we upgrading to v23, we have had strange issues with plot styles changing and reverting to various states outside of our doing it. for example, if i change an entity to plot color 252 in my layer manager, all of the plot styles change to 'use current' even though we are using a monochrome ctb file.

Yes, there is a problem with plot style manager in V23. It's expected to be corrected soon.0
