DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VSMIN AND EXTMIN

in Moving from A-CAD
In the help of the variable "vsmin" the following is shown:
"Displays the coordinates of the lower left corner of the virtual screen of the current window."
If I zoom, the variable does not change and always coincides with the variable "extmin". This is not the case in AutoCAD.
This is a bug?

    VSMIN/VSMAX variables store coordinates of the current viewport's virtual screen in AutoCAD. BricsCAD does not support the concept of the virtual screen, so in BricsCAD VSMIN/VSMAX duplicate the values of EXTMIN/EXTMAX variables.
