BricsCAD Shape V23 don't start

Good night to all.
BricsCAD Shape V23 don't start. I've just install the 30 days trial. All of the other Bricscad Modes work, but Shape goes down if I create a new doc or try to open a doc.
Can you help me, please?

I've Windows 10, not a big deal, but the window closes as soon as I create a new document.
No ideas?

I am on Mac but here it does not crash when opening
a new or existing file.

Do you have V23.1.07 already ?

Yes, is the V23.1.07.
Strange is that all the other modes work, except Shape.

I've had Shape difficulties too. I tried Bricscad V24 and expected to get Shape with it but when I try to launch
it appears but does not work. meanwhile my old Shape v18 works fine.
I too have sent a support request but have not heard back in days.
Does anyone have a clue for me.
