missing dimensions Nvidea 3080 desktop

I have a 3d models, make windows in ps, make dimensions in ps, and once i print, the dims are no longer visible in ps...i can highlight them, but can never see them in ps on the screen, yet they print?
The drawing is now useless and non editable in ps

Maybe some Layer visibility properties of dimensions are changed?

i'm not sure what is happening, as my laptop with older 1060 graphics card does not do this, only the new PC with GTX 3080 does this...but i cannot be sure its the graphics card alone
