BOM Manager V23
I have a BIM Model of different Buildings,
and I want to make a BOM from a specific selection of doors.
Starting with a new BOM from the “BIM Project Browser” ends up with a huge list of all objects.
If the list opens up in the Project Browser to add the “Info” I need, I cannot change the selection of Objects any more, so all objects are listed. Is there a Step I am missing?
If I select the doors and create with the selection the BOM list, there is no difference, all objects are listed in the BOM
If I open the list on the top left (3 dots) ,there is a selection set, where I can select the entire model, but the selection for “custom selection” is greyed out, the other possibilities are related to other documents or drawings, so not my selection.
Creating a filter is just related to the Objects properties, but not to the objects itself.
Is it Possible, and how can I create just a list from my selection, of 25 Doors, to create this list?
How can I add or delete objects from the BOM?
Regards
Franz

I found a basic explanation, from the v23 presentation,
It is possible with the filter option
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwWl8mEI3sM&list=PLONdQc9bizscnA0a41iLZP9UGOF_86wYg&index=4&t=330s
But, how can I add or delete objects to the list are still not explained? Is it possible at all?
Edit:
"YES, it is possible! Add Filters until you get what you want, If there is no Filter, then create your own BIMproperties, so you can filter it”
