Is there any improvement if you temporarily change MTFLAGS=0? In any case, please submit a support request with files to reproduce the problem, that way a support analyst can investigate and make sure it gets fixed.
  • No change when altering MTFLAGS to 0

When I switched t 3D mode, noticed that some lines appeared to be on a higher paln.
  • So FLATTEN - but hide hatches first or they'll be shattered
  • No improvement I'm afraid, but thanks.
Looked at properties of lines that have disappeared, and z=0

    mean? Not 'higher plane'?

  • Yes, it is a pain
  • I have had this problem a few times.
Don't spend your time on it. Just open a clean drawing and copy past everything into it.
    Has worked for us.
    Cheers

  • Ok copy and paste didn't work - (Ctrl C ,Ctrl V)

    THEN found "COPYCLIP" & "PASTECLIP"

    Thanks

Ctrl-C = CopyBase. It's the same as CopyClip except that you have to pick a base point, which then becomes the insertion point during the Paste operation. But if you forget to pick a base point, the CopyBase operation fails.

The base point makes it easy to paste the copied entities to exactly the same location in the target file or layout. You don't even have to specify the insertion point to do that. You can just press Enter when prompted for the insertion point.

You can change Ctrl-C to CopyClip if you want, in the Keyboard tab of the Customize dialog box. You'd have to delete the Ctrl-C shortcut and insert a new Ctrl-C shortcut assigned to Edit>Copy.

Ctrl-V = PasteClip works with either one. If the clipboard items were copied with a base point, it prompts for an insertion point. But if the CopyBase failed, then PasteClip pastes nothing, or else it pastes whatever was put on the clipboard previously.
