Hello,my company is purchasing a 2.4GIG dual processor machine. has anyone used bricscad with a dual processor machine? are their any problems associated with it?thanks in advance,Jeff Hall

    Hiya. I've been running Intellicad / Architecturals on a dual Pentium 3/500 workstation for years now, variously on NT/W2000/XP and have had no problems beyond the usual occasional crashes that everyone seems to get. It works fine, but I'm not sure you'll get much positive benefit from the daul processor set-up; taking a look at the Task Manager during a render, for example, shows the two processors splitting the workload to give exactly 50% processor usage - between them, not each!
