Border around Text Attribute

Dear all,
is it possible to add a frame around the value of an Attribute ?
More generally is it possible to define a text style with a background mask : no fill, just a black rectangle as a border.

I don't think so. You can have a frame around multinline text, or multileader text. Perhaps that could be a work around.0

Attributes can be mtext but did not test have a frame.0
