What is this blue icon that appears next to the cursor when I hover over certain objects?

As the title says. Also, how do I disable it?

I can't see/recognize that "very dark blue cursor hint on black background" in the screenshot.
I wouldn't even have noticed it on my drawing view, to wish to hide it.
I would sort it to GUI failures.0 -
I'm not on my PC at the moment but I think you will find it is indicating parametric entities in the drawing.0
