    Are these correct (expected) fonts? If the proper font wasn't found in system when drawing is opened, it's substituted and text size can be changed. You can check font substitution in the Drawing Explorer/Text styles (STYLE command opens it), look at the 'Saved font' and next 'Found font' columns.
