annotative text, automatic rotation in layout

Forgive me, this is my second post about this topic.
But, does the automatic rotation of the text work for anyone in a Paper space Viewport with a rotated UCS not parallel to the World UCS ?
The text, of course, has an annotative style with the "match to layout" option activated
