List all system Variables which value are not ByDefault?

Is it possible to list all system variables that are set to something different than the "By-Default" value?
Could be an excel output but i would also love a LISP output.

    Your logfile can be a bit tricky to find its under OPTIONS FILES Temporary prefix.

    Re default once you start changing bit hard to compare, there is a command trying to remember it that you turn on and yes will say a setvar has changed.

    If you go into SETTINGS, Then you can select the export option from the toolbar. This will output a CSV of all the settings, their current value, default value, where they are saved, and description.
