Civil Point elevation defaults to inches

I am learning to use this feature but the would like to have the elevation input in feet not inches. Under (UNITS) i have insertion units set to feet.

If you already set the _insunits in Feet, I suggest to go to Drawing Settings and check if you're on Decimal, not Engineering or Architectural.
