Wipeout into parametric blocks
I can't parameterize a wipe-out inside a parametric block.
Is there a way to do it? Is there another way to cover something under the block with background color?
I tried using solid hatches, but I cannot give a background color.
Any Idea?

I could be wrong but is background color 255.0

Color 255 is a grey color, if you set the background color to e.g. 7 (white) or any other color then color 255 remains grey.
It is possible to dimension a wipeout with annotation dimensions, but converting those to 2D dimensional constraints does not work with wipeouts as it does with polylines, so that route doesn't work either.
I suggest you file a support request for this as it can be a useful thing to have for parametric blocks.0
