Have block rotation match layout?

in 2D Drafting
While making evacuation plans, the layout has to be rotated to match the viewpoint of the plan.
I want the blocks to automatically rotate to match the layout/viewport rotation, can I do this?
It is possible in Autocad if Annotative is enabled on a block.

    Found it! Had to launch the Drawing Explorer, select Detail View and tick the boxes for "Match orientation to layout" :D
