Sheet set prints only few files in it.

Sheet set is a great idea. I created my first SHEETSET. Added fields, criteria and files. All drawings in the list use fields which work well (meaning all drawing "see" the sheet set).
When sending the files in he list to print only part of them get printed. It doesn't help to send just the drawings that didn't print, they still don't print.
Another strange thing, both, printed and not printed files, when checking in file>drawing properties sheet set tab it says No sheet set is associated with this drawing...
Lastly, one of the benefits in doing a sheet set is the ability to create a sheet list to be able to mail with tje drawings. . So far I didn't find a way to do it. The only thing close to it is an option to insert a list somewhere (were? how?) Since all my drawing are tight there is no room for it.... and I need it for mail' word and excel. As for now I do screen shot of the list but it sure misses the point. wonder if there is a better way to do it.
