Layer Creator LISP App: Default Layer Files

By Timothy Spangler, the freely-available Layer Creator LISP app includes default layer definition files. I have misplaced this older ZIP file that contains the default layer definition files and cannot get in touch with Mr. Spangler nor can I locate the original download of this LISP.

I would appreciate the original ZIP file of the Layer Creator LISP that includes default layer definition files.

In lieu of the above file, the source website would suffice.
