T Connect + L Connect non functional?
Hi all, I've recently learned that a command exists that automatically connects two polyline edges (TConnect + LConnect) from the Bricsy site, yet cannot seem to get it to work...
It doesn't appear when typed into the command bar, yet does appear under 3D Modelling - I set up a shortcut (Ctrl+L) to test the two commands (they both appear in the populated list within keyboard shortcuts under Customize) but when I then did the shortcut, Bricscad didn't recognise it as an entry (please see attachment)
This has kinda stumped me to be honest.
If anyone could offer some solutions I would be massively appreciative.

What level of Bricscad do you have? LConnect and TConnect require Pro or higher according to the online documentation at https://help.bricsys.com. If may also depend on the version. I have LConnect, TConnect, and Connect available in V24 Pro.0

I know them from Bricscad BIM.
But I am sure there are ways to connect 2D Shapes ....0 -
Just to clarify, I never did find a reason why I have no Connect command on my bricscad...0

Indeed, the _lconnect and _tconnect commands are not available in BricsCAD Lite or Shape version.

If you want these commands, you need to have BricsCAD Pro/Mechanical/BIM.0 -
That's so strange that I can set it as a shortcut but then not use it within the application I set up the shortcut in lol.

The CONNECT command was introduced for BricsCAD V23. It works only on 2D entities.

The LCONNECT and TCONNECT commands have been in the program longer and work only on 3D entities.
