Cursor jumping
Hi all, i've been having a weird bug with my BricsCad installation where the cursor jumps all over the screen. I haven't got a 3D Cursor driver installed and have tried the command to disable it to no avail.
I'm running Windows 10, and I'm using the latest version of BricsCAD Ultimate.
Any help is appreciated!

Hello.
The issue can't be reproduced from scratch.
You could test by temporarily setting RENDERUSINGHARDWARE=0, to see if the issue is hardware related.

Another thing to try would be a clean install - see the next article.

Something else would be to test is safe mode.

Hi Virgil, I've tried all three to no avail.
Interestingly I've noticed the following:- The jumping only seems to occur when moving the mouse left to right / right to left across the screen
- If I make the window smaller (half size of the full screen) the problem seems to disappear, but only temporarily

Hello.
I am not sure what to recommend - I can't reproduce the issue.
You could check the Windows drivers related to pointing devices.
If there are pointing devices installed other than the mouse, you could disable them and check again.
Alternatively, you could try to update Windows OS.
Regarding the mouse drivers, it seems to be better to use the software from the hardware producers instead of relying on Windows updater.
Also, from similar issues reported over the Internet, you could try to disable the "Enhance pointer precision" option, in the Windows mouse settings.
