BMFORM (Save Drawing As)

Hello.　

When I save a file externally in bmForm, I cannot select a drawing template

(Normally, when I create a new drawing, I can create it from my own template)

I have to copy dimension styles, etc. from other files.

Please let me know if there is a solution to this problem.

This occurs when exporting with mechanical block with enable set to 1
Exporting with mechanical component will load the template
However, the following message appears
(Warning: The root mechanical block has been converted to the old mechanical component. This may cause problems in assemblies where this component is inserted).

Hello.

Regarding using the template for BMFORM, there is an issue in V23, which doesn't use the setting.
This was fixed in V24.2.03, so the solution would be an update.

Regarding the warning messages, this occurs in cases when an old mechanical component is inserted in an assembly where the root is mechanical block. In this case, a conversion of the root occurs.

The solution to avoid the conversion in the main assembly is to edit the old mechanical component and convert it into a mechanical block before inserting it in the assembly.

There is no automatic way to do this conversion, it has to be done manually.

We are now operating with V23 and will consider how to work with it

(e.g. disable the mechanical block and work with the old mechanical component)
