Constraints aren't working when drawing is inserted
I have created dozens of drawings with constraints and use them frequently by inserting them into other drawings.
The attached drawing I have created on and off for 3 years and finally finished it today!
Everything works fine when I change the geometric constraints when I am in the drawing but when I insert it into another drawing (using BMINSERT, INSERT or dragging it in from the CONTENT BROWSER) nothing works.
I have more than likely forgotten to do something during the fragmented development of this drawing so before I send in an SR could somebody with a bigger brain than me take a look and maybe figure out where I have gone wrong?

Don't worry I have sorted this out,
I have copied the drawing into a new file, deleted all the dimensional constraints (kept the geometric constraints) and added them back in and it is now working.1
