parameter flip doesn't work

Making my first parameter block. Testing to make my door flip. When attaching the flip parameter, closing the blockeditor the flip parameter doesn’t appear in the properties( image_01) and when opening the block editor no named flip parameter are there( image_02)

. What am I doing wrong ?

    Hello.

    With the second screenshot, it appears that nothing is selected.
    To have the properties of the block available in the Properties panel, first the block should be selected.

    Alternatively, without selecting the block, the Parameters Manager panel should be activated to acces the parameters.

    Have you looked at a simple MIrror of the block may be easier than visibility states.

    part 2 is can set visibility via a DCL after block is inserted. This is for windows.

    Getting the hang of parametric blocks, simple concept ( plain algebra ), but feels a little like a workaround to get things working. practice, practice....Cheers, thanks for the comments.
