Is there an equivalent to the ACAD COUNT feature?

    You could use the "Data Extraction" functionality, a little more complex (though not that much) but more powerful.

    There's a Bcount command that counts insertions of blocks. And the Properties panel always keeps a count of each entity type in any selection set. And its alter ego, the Quick Select panel, can filter the selection set in any way imaginable. And the SelectSimilar command selects all entities that are similar in specified ways to a picked object, after which the Properties panel will have a count of those similar entities.

    Try the 'Structure Browser' or the 'Drawing Explorer'. In both these locations the total count of each block is visible
