Generate a Pline around the red surface

Hey guys, I'm looking for a way to generate a Pline or some kind of boundary around the red surface in the attached file, it's to make a simple dxf file to put in my surveying instrument, the whole dwg is too heavy for my instrument. The Pline doesnt have to be 3D

    Try the attached drawing, 2dPolyline generated by MapWorks for BricsCAD v24.

    Note that I used BricsCAD's Import Civil3D function to open the drawing, which generated a BricsCAD TinSurface.

    Thank you Mr Dotson for your help, will look into mapworks for sure! The zone you made isnt exactly all around the red zone mentionned but on one side yes. Thank you for taking your time to do this.

    It should be a polyline around the outer edges of the "Conducteurs" TinSurface. While I haven't examined every vertex it looks good here.
