Is there a way to turn off the auto-rotate function when pasting to a circle?
I need to paste a fixed arrow to circular objects, but when I try to paste the arrow in over the circle, it tries to rotate the object I'm trying to insert. I'd like to disable that feature.

I have uploaded a .gif to show the behavior I am talking about. I was able to paste the arrow after moving away from where I wanted to paste the arrow.

It's more clear with the gif indeed! This looks like Dynamic UCS option is On, this leads to determination of temporary UCS when you hover the entity. You can turn it off via Status Bar DUCS button, or by F6 key.
