There is no possibility to create dynamic blocks in BricsCAD, there are parametric blocks instead of dynamic, though existing dynamic blocks could be used as well. Also there is a possibility to convert existing dynamic blocks to parametric via BLOCKCONVERT command.

Hi,
I wish to learn the principles of making dynamic blocks.
Attaching an example made by others in other software maybe Autocad.
Can it be done also in Bricscad?
Where i can find learning material for learning this subject.

I have tried several times to convert different dynamic blocks into parametric blocks, but every time I get an error stating that some parts of the dynamic block is not supported and the block can not be converted.

Yes, currently not all dynamic blocks might be properly reconstructed as parametric blocks. We are working on BLOCKCONVERT command to improve this.
