SECTIONPLANETOBLOCK command appears in Quad but doesn't work

When hovering the curser over a section plane and clicking on the SECTIONPLANETOBLOCK command icon in the quad nothing happens. Does any one know why?

    Hello.

    When clicking the SectionPlaneToBlock button in the Quad, the SECTIONPLANETOBLOCK command is run, the section entity being preselected.

    The first step would be to check the workflow with using the command at the command line.

    If this works fine, then you could check the status of the button in the Quad.
    This could be done in the Customize dialog box, Quad tab > Draw (BIM) > Section Plane to Block.
    The command should be attached there, in the Command field.

    If everything is fine, you could post a drawing where the issue occurs.

    If the question is strictly related to using Shape, then the command is not available there.

    To use SECTIONPLANETOBLOCK a Pro license or higher is required.

    Hi Virgil,

    Your second comment is correct, it's to do with Shape. - presumably to prevent the extraction of any drawings.
