V25 Quick Select Tool Won't Add To Toolbar

Greetings: Tried to add the Quick Select Tool to a custom toolbar. It appears to work but once the screen refreshes it defaults to the Select Tool.

Any ideas how to make it stick?

    Hello.

    You should check how the tool was added to the toolbar.
    Specifically, what expression is in the Command field, in the Customize dialog box.

    It should be:
    ^c^c_qselect

    If it is not, or if drag-and-drop doesn't help, then delete the tool that is not useful and, still in the Customize dialog box, use right-click on the toolbar name and choose Append tool.
    Then select the tool from the list.
    Quick Select is in the Edit toolbox.
