Line Properties are not being copied over.
Problem Using Match Properties, when I go to print. some lines are at a different thicknesses , even though the properties are saying they are all the same.

I frequently get an entity whose properties - lineweight, colour, linetype etc - say one thing but display differently, maybe print too, never got that far. It could be happening after a manual change also, but as I use Match Properties a lot, it seems to happen after that. Just occasionally. Close and re-open Brics seems to be the only cure.

I would check what plot style definition you are using when printing. These can override anything you have set within the drawing.

If the line in question is actually a Polyline, then check its "width" properties, which override lineweight.
