Draw Order incorrect in Layout tab
I have a site plan that has a watermain line that has to be the main feature.
The road has to be coloured so I created a hatch and set the colour.
I rearranged the draw order to ensure the water pipe and labels are above the hatch so they can be seen clearly.
The issue I'm having is that it looks as it should in the model tab, but when I change over to the layout tab for printing the hatch is shown above some of the pipework and labels but not others. I have tried redoing the draw order changes, but nothing works

Do you use 2dWireframe visual style in viewport? Draw order works only with this visual style, but doesn't with any rendered style like Modeling, Hidden, etc.

That was the problem.
Model tab was set as 2dWirerame and paperspace was set as 2dWireFrame, but the modelspace was set to modelling.
Never knew each space could be set differently.
