Cannot load linetype

Hello,

I am just a begginer at Bricscad and forum, and I need a little help.
When I try to load a new linetype, empty dialoge box opens and I can't do nothing.

Contact Bricscad support that is weird they may be able to help.

Thank you ALANH, I contacted the support, they sent me link for the instructions (below) which I followed, restarted my computer and that solved my problem.

Glad it worked, yes Bricscad support do respond and are very helpful, have helped me a couple of times.
