learning sheet metal

I bought Bricscad 2025 but I don't have a correct user manual for sheet metal.
Would anyone be interested in providing me with basic distance learning?
Tutorials and videos are good but they are not enough.
I would like a person who uses bricscad sheet metal for his work, not a trainer who does not know sheet metal.
