Attribute not visible in paper space

I have an issue with displaying attributes in the paper space. I created a block that contains attributes, and the block itself displays correctly in the viewport in the paper space, but the attribute inside it does not appear. However, all elements are on the same layer.

I have already checked that the attribute is not set to "invisible," and I also used the ATTLISP command without success.

Any ideas on what might be causing this issue?

    Hello.

    You could first check how the block behaves in the model space.
    If the attributes are not displayed, then you could use ATTSYNC.
    Alternatively, the block could be deleted and inserted again.

    I don't know what ATTLISP does.

    If the block displays correctly in the model space, there should be no problem with a layout viewport either.
    To test further, you could create a new viewport from scratch and check whether the block is correctly displayed there.
