Do you know how to write and use a dcl ? You could make your own custom dcl that is close to the Qselect dcl.

Do you need to create a new one? Quick select is available in BricsCAD. At the top of the properties panel you will notice a little filter icon with a lightning bolt, click it. This toggles between Quick Select and Properties. Then set the properties as you like.
