UCS Icon is not what I'm accustom to, with UCS & PLAN both set to World?
I have this one base floor plan drawing, with only 2D home content for that floor, that has this as it's UCSICON. The other two have the traditional USCICON. Both the UCS is set to World and PLAN is set to World.
Any suggestions on what setting needs to be adjusted?

It seems the PERSPECTIVE view is On in this drawing, you can type PERSPECTIVE in the command line and set it to 0.
