XREF attach problem
I am trialing BCv25 with a view to switch from ACAD but I have a curious problem with XATTACH in v25.
When I attach an xref file, the command also inserts a 2nd block (if there is one in the drawing already) - this 2nd block is not associated in any way with the xref - doesn't share any properties, just happens to be the last block inserted in the drawing. If there are no blocks to insert, XATTACH tries to insert the .DOT block. This behaviour occurs across multiple drawings and with various xrefs. I downloaded v24 and noticed the command prompt shows the same behaviour but the physical block is not actually inserted.
The prompt typically reads:
: _XATTACH
Inserting Xref from: .\ANY.dwg
Inserting Xref from: BLOCK
A block already exists with that name.
Using existing definition
ANY.dwg is the requested xref and BLOCK is the unwanted block insert. I can cancel the 2nd insert, but often I forget and have to go through several drawings deleting unwanted block instances.
Is this something anyone else has noticed or do I have a configuration issue?

Thank you for pointing this out and reporting via support request! This is a wrong behavior in V25.1, it will be corrected in the upcoming V25.2.
