Custom keyboard shortcut for toolbar functions?

All,

Is it possible to assign a key to specific tools on the old style toolbars (not ribbon ones).

I ask as I use Cloudworx plugin all the time and the move slice up and down tools are in constant use. Would like them on arow up and arrow down keys ideallly.
