Read-only problem...

Hello, I have a problem read-only. I have two computers on the same license, but if my plan is open on computer A, and I open the same plan on computer B, B becomes priority and A becomes read-only, even though it was open on the plan before. This is causing me huge problems because my computer does not tell me: ATTENTION computer A is open on the plan. I don't get any error messages...
